David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Spain. 

 

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: remote, Spain (mainland)

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: on-site. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email)
  • Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to the customer
  • Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
  • Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps related to audio equipment 
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users
  • Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
  • Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
  • Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
  • Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • 1 year in a customer service environment, preferably technical support
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products.
  • Windows and Mac environment literate
  • Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
  • Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
