We are looking for a person with experience in team management, whether in the role of Scrum Master or Squad Leader to work for one of our international clients in the financial sector, specifically in the mortgage sector. You will be part of a team with great exposure to the customer and the English language, interacting most of the time with Americans.

Role Overview:
This position is for a Scrum Master or Squad Leader who will be crucial in facilitating and optimizing our client's agile software development processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the PO team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficient delivery of high-value software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Framework: Act as a collaborative leader for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices, while also customizing them as needed for the specific project.

Team Building: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization within the development team. Encourage a positive team dynamic, coaching team members to maximize their potential.

Process Implementation: Lead the implementation and improvement of agile processes and best practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Scope Management: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the highest-priority features and aligns with the project's overall goals.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. Use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide decision-making.

Product Owner Coaching: Collaborate with product owners to help them understand and fulfill their roles effectively, ensuring they prioritize and manage the product backlog appropriately.

Conflict Resolution: Address impediments and conflicts affecting team productivity, facilitating resolution through effective communication and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team performance, and providing guidance on implementing changes.

Fluent English level is mandatory.
Really nice to have knowledge in Azure DevOps tool.
Working close to the PST timezone would be amazing.
