Requirements:

· The candidate must be a member in good standing of the state they are currently licensed to practice in. 

· Actively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters

· Court appearances and some attendant travel may be required.

· Working knowledge of consumer credit collections, state laws in the licensed jurisdiction regarding consumer collections, & FDCPA.

· The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.

· The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills

License/Certification:

  • Bar License (Required)
  • Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shift but can work additional hours due to business needs. 
  • This position can work out of any of our office location OR may have the option to work remotely.
