Your missions

This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing:
    • Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and on time.
  • Recordkeeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
    • Prepare and maintain reports and Journal entries related to payroll activities.
  • Benefits Tracking:
    • Calculation and tracking of employee benefits related to payroll provided by third parties
    • Legislation and Policy Compliance:
    • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax codes, and other regulations affecting payroll.
    • Ensure that payroll processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Communication:
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
    • Communicate with internal departments, such as HR and finance, to resolve issues and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or errors.
    • Address payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
    • Additional ad-hoc work as required
    • Helping accounting manager with capitalized software calculations
  • Expense Processing and Compliance:
    • Receive and review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure adherence to company expense policies and guidelines.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on expense policy-related queries.


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Payroll experience
  • Understanding of US payroll regulations
  • Comfortable working with Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Must be presently residing in the Philippines
