Job Title: Payroll Clerk

Job Description

Fully remote Payroll Clerk working in Workday. This is a 3-month contract to cover an employee on an extended leave. MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT (Windows 10 or 11 required). - All core HR/Payroll/time off, absences, and time tracking data is held in Workday - Ensure all data is entered and approved in Workday - Complete data checks, audit output, and approve payroll before being handed off to a 3rd party that completes the payroll process - Will work with 3rd party at times to ensure all data is accurate - Data entry of roughly 400 invoices daily - Will support daily, weekly, and monthly payroll processes for multi-state/multi-national payroll

Hard Skills

  • 1+ years of handling payroll through Workday
  • Bachelors in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field
