Your missions

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting Cloudester’s software solutions to prospective clients.

Work Location: Remote.​

Requirements

Proven Experience in Sales:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software development or technology space.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Ability to generate leads through online channels and in-person networking events.

Marketing Acumen:

  • Understanding of marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing, webinars, and demand generation tactics.
  • Experience in video content creation and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • CRM & Sales Tools:
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.

Communication & Presentation Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical solutions in a compelling and understandable way to diverse audiences.

Negotiation & Closing Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Adept at handling objections and offering solutions that align with clients' needs.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Driven to achieve targets and continuously improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling software development or AI-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Native American business networks and the Chicago market will be highly advantageous.
