Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks and spreadsheets, and will be responsible for preparing and delivering financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The role involves maintaining accurate job costing and producing detailed profit and loss statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Financial Reporting: Prepare and report daily spend updates.
  • Job Costing: Analyze job costs daily and ensure accurate tracking of financial data.
  • Weekly and Monthly Financial Statements: Provide accurate weekly and monthly Profit & Loss reports, income statements, and other financial reports.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with a strong focus on QuickBooks and job costing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial reporting software is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
