Join our open-minded, humble, and honest group of more than 200 people from over 35 countries, who are all committed to building a better future for our clients and the industry as a whole.

Team mission:
Currently, we’re experiencing a phase of significant change and challenging expansion with RevOps playing a crucial role in the overall success of our organisation. Following a successful merger last year, RevOps key mission is to unify our Go-To-Market Teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), working as one revenue-driving team with a single common purpose to ensure operational excellence. We aim to achieve this by driving cross-functional collaboration and streamlining GTM processes that sustain and further drive revenue.

Your mission:
Reporting directly to Head of RevOps, you'll collaborate closely with our GTM Teams and Leadership, providing invaluable insights at each stage of the customer journey. From optimising revenue generation to building the commercial architecture and monitoring revenue metrics, you’ll be in the driving seat behind our future go-to-market strategies.

THE ROLE
  • Become the driving force behind the development of our revenue operations functions, especially for Sales.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage our current CRM system and tool stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and execute projects that optimize revenue generation, as well as overall profitability.
  • Provide analytical leadership to guide sales target setting, revenue modelling and forecasting.
  • Provide frontline support to the sales team's daily inquiries.
  • Define strategic operational priorities aligned with our go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to foster knowledge sharing and enablement of the Go-to-Market teams, by creating documentation, sharing best practices, and facilitating training.

  • Proven track record in implementing and improving GTM Motions for SMB (small to medium-sized business) in different geographic locations (EMEA)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel), BI (Tableau) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
  • Passion for designing scalable processes and driving operational excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High motivation and resilience to drive organisational and operational change
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher), German proficiency (B2 or higher) a plus

  • THE OFFER
