Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and re-selling multiple, cutting-edge technology products and consulting services. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growing company and be able to impact the structure and processes to be implemented for success.  This is a fast-paced, innovative environment and the selected candidate will be integral to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Product Knowledge: Create and Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Listen to clients' needs and challenges and provide tailored technology solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Where applicable, create business proposals showcasing the business value, deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations, both in person and virtually, showcasing the value of our products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while maintaining a win-win relationship with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Heavy emphasis on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and progress. Generate reports and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to drive successful sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in technology sales, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools. Monday.com experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales effectiveness tools such as Reply.io, Zoominfo, Salesloft, …etc)
  • Strong ability to design effective presentation decks (Canva, PowerPoint, …etc)
