Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, targeting small and medium-sized businesses in Australia with a focus on financial solutions and business growth
• Design and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising strategies, including crafting compelling ad copy and visuals that highlight the ease and flexibility of obtaining business loans
• Implement and optimize paid social media strategies to drive lead generation, focusing on various financing options and success stories
• Oversee and manage the company's paid social media accounts, ensuring ad content aligns with the brand's focus on trust, reliability, and business empowerment
• Analyze and report on the performance of paid social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for audience growth and engagement within the financial services industry
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid social media strategies align with overall business goals, particularly in promoting services like business loans and credit repair
Requirements
• Proven experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in the finance or business services sector
• Strong skills in PPC advertising, with the ability to craft engaging ad content that appeals to businesses seeking financial solutions
• Experience managing LinkedIn ads
• At least two years of experience in paid social media marketing (PPC), with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience in paid social media marketing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer is highly advantageous
