エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、拡大しているエンジニア組織のアウトプットを最大化することをミッションに、経営陣やCTOと連携を図り、エンジニアの評価制度作りや、開発環境の整備などの組織作りをワンストップでお任せします。 より事業をグロースさせるべくメンバーの能力向上にコミットし、プロダクトドリブンなエンジニアリング組織を作り上げたい、そんなエンジニアリングマネージャを募集しています。

  • Engineering Manager Job Description

    As an Engineering Manager, your mission will be to maximize the output of a growing engineering organization by collaborating with the executive team and the CTO. You will be responsible for creating an evaluation system for engineers, organizing development environments, and building the organization comprehensively. We are looking for an Engineering Manager committed to improving the abilities of team members and creating a product-driven engineering organization to further grow the business.

    Specifically:

    • Design and implement strategies for the engineering organization to embody our value "Great Work, Great Team."
    • Develop and manage training and development programs to promote the technical growth of engineers.
    • Assign members to various projects to maximize performance.
    • Manage team members through one-on-one meetings, goal setting, and improving evaluation and feedback systems.
    • Perform people management for the engineering team, including one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
    • Formulate and execute engineering recruitment plans in line with product strategy (including direct recruiting and referral hiring).

    Opportunities and Experiences:

    • Participate in the development and growth of unprecedented products. With few competitors in the field of API platforms like "X", you can expand the business while solving technical challenges such as ensuring performance and determining optimal interfaces. Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY

・based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.

  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
