Roles and Responsibility

当社の主力プロダクト「W」を開発するエンジニア組織の強化をお任せします。

「W」はさまざまな業種の企業が保有するプロダクトに「オリジナルPay」をスピーディに構築するためのスマホ決済プラットフォームです。 コード決済、残高管理やユーザ認証など決済システムのコア機能に加え、ポイント発行やチャージなどの周辺機能までをAPIで連携・提供しています。

【具体的には】

エンジニアがスピード感を持って最高のアウトプットを出していくために自立駆動型の体制を作ることがミッションです。 まずはチームのメンバーとして現状の開発プロセスやシステムの理解を深めていただきながら、下記のマネジメント業務に携わっていく流れを想定しています。

  • 各チームメンバーのマネジメント(1on1を通したメンタリング、コーチング、目標設定、評価)
  • プロダクト戦略に沿ったエンジニア採用計画の策定および実行
  • エンジニア組織の戦略策定、事業戦略やプロダクトロードマップとの連携
  • 組織のパフォーマンス向上に関する取り組み
  • 社内外イベントの企画・実行、および活性化のための改善施策立案
  • 制度設計、運用

事業をグロースさせるべくメンバーの能力向上にコミットし、CTOやテックリードと連携してプロダクトドリブンなエンジニアリング組織を作り上げてください。

【組織について】 Wを開発する事業部は、現在約100名が所属する組織です(平均年齢36歳)。スタートアップ、SIer、金融事業会社など様々なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍しています。 開発の領域別にチームを分かれており、案件プロジェクトベースで新規PJチームを組成しています。(チーム内訳:PdM/PjM/バックエンド、フロントエンド/デザイナー/QAなど) コミュニケーションは基本オンラインで、定例MTG以外でもmeet、ハドル、Slackなどで適宜相談している環境です。

    You will be tasked with strengthening the engineering team developing our flagship product, "W." This mobile payment platform allows companies in various industries to swiftly build their own "Original Pay" systems. In addition to core payment system functions like code payments, balance management, and user authentication, it provides peripheral functions such as point issuance and charging via APIs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Your mission is to create a self-driving system where engineers can deliver the best output with speed. Initially, you will deepen your understanding of the current development processes and systems as a team member and gradually take on the following management tasks:

    • Manage team members through one-on-one mentoring, coaching, goal setting, and evaluations.
    • Formulate and execute engineering recruitment plans in line with product strategy.
    • Develop strategies for the engineering organization and align them with business strategies and the product roadmap.
    • Implement initiatives to improve organizational performance.
    • Plan and execute internal and external events and devise measures to enhance engagement.
    • Design and operate organizational systems.
    • Collaborate with the CTO and tech leads to create a product-driven engineering organization and commit to improving team members' skills to grow the business.

    About the Organization:

    This Division, responsible for developing W, has about 100 members with an average age of 36. The team consists of members with diverse backgrounds, including startups, system integrators (SIer), and financial companies. Teams are divided by development domains and form new project teams based on projects (including roles such as PdM, PjM, backend, frontend, designers, QA, etc.). Communication is primarily online, with regular meetings and ongoing consultations through tools like Meet, Huddle, and Slack.

    Opportunities and Experiences:

    • Gain Knowledge and Experience in Complex Payment Domains: Payments involve complex systems and regulations, which frequently change, requiring constant knowledge updates. Each client has different domains and workflows, necessitating the construction of new schemes, considering common functionalities with stakeholders, and correctly implementing them into the product.
    • Develop Products for Major Japanese Enterprises: You will work with clients whose annual revenues are in the billions. This role involves not only technical proposals but also expanding services through additional proposals.
    • Contribute to the Growth of Both the Product and the Organization: As part of a growing team, you can freely introduce new schemes, quickly iterate PDCA cycles to ensure fit, and improve development efficiency. Team members exchange opinions openly and implement them, actively fostering both the product and the organization.
Minimum Requirements

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Full-time

Annual Salary: 8,000,000 - 14,000,000 JPY

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
