Roles and Responsibility

具体的な業務内容

・BtoB案件での開発フェーズ遂行（AIモデルや最適化ロジックなどを含むソフトウェアの開　発プロジェクトでリードを担当)

・BtoB開発案件全体のリードや技術的サポート・進捗管理

・BtoB開発において共通で利用可能な社内基盤の設計・構築

・BtoBプロジェクトでのアセスメント～開発フェーズの全体管理

・モジュール設計、異常系設計、テスト設計

・設計物の実装指示・実装実施

・AIエンジニアへのソフトウェア品質向上教育への参画

・運用中システムの運用管理

・チームメンバーのマネジメント・人事評価

There is an increasing trend of digital disruption driven by some pioneering DX companies that are dismantling and reconstructing existing business models. As a result, even companies that have previously led the market are frequently losing market share to new entrants that adopt advanced digital technologies. To respond flexibly to the rapid changes in this market, it is necessary to refrain from being overly attached to existing business models and to strive for enhanced competitiveness. This requires "transformations that make the most of digital technology."

  For companies that struggle to overcome the barriers of digitalization and lack clarity about their challenges, our company will support them from conceptualization to implementation, realizing business transformations that uncover healthy competitiveness through the power of AI, with the goal of facilitating their business transformation.

  To sincerely address these market challenges and contribute to the business transformations of more companies, we are recruiting for a position that will support the "social implementation of AI" on the front lines. Specifically, you will lead the development of software systems to achieve customers DX and operational efficiency, in collaboration with AI engineers and system engineers.

  Specific Responsibilities

  • Execute development phases in BtoB projects (leading software development projects that include AI models and optimization logic).
  • Lead overall BtoB development projects, providing technical support and progress management.
  • Design and build common internal infrastructure that can be used across BtoB development projects.
  • Manage the entire process from assessment to development phase in BtoB projects.
  • Module design, abnormal case design, and test design.
  • Provide implementation instructions and carry out implementations.
  • Participate in software quality improvement training for AI engineers.
  • Manage operations of systems in use.
  • Manage team members and conduct performance evaluations.

  After joining, we intend to assign a broad range of responsibilities in addition to those listed, based on your experience and skills.

  (Scope of changes): All tasks designated by the company, except for corporate roles.

  This position allows you to utilize experiences such as:

  • Experience in developing web applications using Python's Django.
  • Experience in API development using Python's FastAPI.
  • Experience using various serverless services from AWS and Azure.
  • Experience in building and managing AWS and Azure resources with IaC tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK, ARM templates, Terraform, etc.).
  • Experience in establishing CI/CD environments using tools like CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, and GitLab Runner.

Minimum Requirements

Employment type: Full time

Location: Tokyo

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
• Bonus paid twice a year (August, February)
• A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided, regardless of the presence of overtime work.
  • Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.

Hours: It varies depending on the grade.
