International Tax Lawyer for Strategic Decisions (Bulgaria)

Introduction: M365Group SIA, a Latvian-based IT recruitment company, is exploring opportunities to set up operations in Bulgaria and requires an experienced remote International Tax Lawyer. You will play a critical role in advising on corporate structuring, tax planning, and compliance with Bulgarian and international tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on tax-efficient structuring of the company’s operations in Bulgaria.
• Ensure compliance with Bulgarian tax regulations and relevant international treaties.
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax planning and corporate governance.
• Represent the company in negotiations with Bulgarian tax authorities.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws to ensure the company remains compliant.

Qualifications:

• Law degree with specialization in international tax law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax law, preferably in an international setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bulgarian tax laws and international tax treaties.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
