Tax Controversy Counsel - Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC; Greenville, SC; Miami, FL; Raleigh, NC; Washington, DC; West Palm Beach, FL. This is not a remote position. If you live in one of these states you can apply!

Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a tax controversy counsel in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of tax litigation experience.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Tax court experience is required.
Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred.
A strong academic record and analytical skills are required.
