Multi-Domain Capability Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Multi-Domain Capability Program Manager, you’ll bring your multi-domain expertise to work on projects for EUCOM J7. You’ll research and analyze theater requirements, develop strategy to enable multi-domain readiness to Ranges and Training Areas, Exercises, Joint Live Virtual Constructive environments, Experimentation, Wargaming, and Modeling and Simulation. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes.

You’ll guide the work we do for EUCOM J7 and the solutions we deliver enhancing theater readiness and capabilities. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems.

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience with combatant command and component staff

  • Experience in engaging with senior military leaders in a rapidly evolving landscape

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Knowledge of joint warfighting capabilities

  • Knowledge of technology integration

  • Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively

  • Ability to conduct research and analysis to develop and brief data summaries tol support decision-making

  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with Modeling and Simulation
    Experience with overseeing and standing up experimentation network environments

  • Experience with Joint Event Life Cycle events tailored for multi-domain experimentation

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
