What You Will Do

The Network Infrastructure Regional Sales Manager will spearhead business strategy and execution to drive revenue and profitability within their assigned region. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing regional plans to meet revenue goals, monitoring business metrics, and identifying issues impacting performance. The role involves deploying marketing & sales programs and territory-specific initiatives to increase market share and outpace competitors. You will manage account teams, develop commercial talent, and leverage partner relationships to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will oversee financial indicators to adapt strategies and lead efforts in developing new market opportunities. This role involves traveling to assist with team sales goals in Chicagoland, MI, IN, IA, NE, ND, SD, MN, WI. You’ll also travel to meet with end users, ecosystem partners, and distributors that influence specification, demand generation and subsequent revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate Territory Account Managers: Assess talent, inspire performance, and align team goals with personal career aspirations.
  • Motivate the team: Drive achievement of territory and organizational goals, oversee quota fulfillment, and manage resources and change management to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead business planning and forecasting: Coach the team in creating and executing key account penetration plans, identifying and addressing gaps.
  • Enhance team productivity: Monitor performance against targets, adapt strategies based on financial indicators and market trends.
  • Optimize partner ecosystem engagement: Support the team in deploying marketing programs and leveraging partner opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships: Develop key account and partner relationships to drive growth and meet business objectives.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Required Experience: 3+ years commercial team management experience.
  • Must live in Chicagoland area.
  • Proficient with CRMs and Outlook.
  • Experience with PRMs and Tableau.
  • Preferred MS Dynamics 365 experience (pipeline and revenue).
  • Preferred Salesforce experience (contractor sales and contractor ecosystem).
