As our Sr. Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for product portfolios. To thrive in this role you must, lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market needs. You will use your broad and deep product planning experience, intellectual curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, artful negotiation skills, and deep passion for the role to translate R1’s product strategy into technology initiatives that drive desired user outcomes. You will provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates.

Here's what you will experience working as a Sr. Product Manager:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering business priorities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining true focus on outcomes, and understand how to track, measure, and communicate outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to guide the release of new features and the successful integration and/or migration of current operations onto those products.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering leads to feed the teams a constant pipeline of high-value work for each sprint.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated strategic mindset and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Good organization skills, including plotting a path towards delivering outcomes that drive value for the for the business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and launching complex products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Healthcare experience, specifically in Revenue Cycle and FHIR
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and engage with Director+ level stakeholders to explain complex information in a non-complex fashion.

  • Experience and understanding of high-level technology paradigms (e.g. data flows, APIs, services).
  • Passionate about keeping current on the latest product innovations and keeps abreast of industry advancements.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working with others and giving and receiving feedback.
  • Mastery of Agile fundamentals with demonstrated experience to drive execution within an Agile environment.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others.
  • Experience shipping both new products, as well as improving upon existing ones.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, Internet, and email) are required.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $124,200.00 - $165,732.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
