Product Marketer

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Product Marketer to broadcast the value of the Nooks platform and individual products. Your mission is to ensure that our go-to-market (GTM) teams, prospects, and customers understand and are excited to act on the value we bring.

You’re a strategic thinker with experience crafting compelling messaging frameworks. You know how to develop impactful collateral that drives product adoption and sales. Collaborating across teams comes naturally to you, and you’re passionate about launching products that resonate with both internal teams and the market.

Responsibilities

As part of this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with product and sales leadership to create messaging frameworks that ensure consistent and clear communication of our value proposition.
  • Develop various marketing collateral, including PDFs, slide decks, website content, and demo videos, to support our platform and individual product offerings.
  • Train GTM teams on new product functionality, ensuring they can effectively use messaging and collateral in their outreach and customer interactions.
  • Work with product leadership to establish and maintain a product announcement and promotion calendar, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Lead the launch of individual products and strategically integrate them into broader “business value” campaigns.
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to develop case studies and identify customers for participation in community programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in product marketing with a focus on crafting messaging that supports product launches and customer education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong skills in developing a wide range of collateral, including written and visual content.
  • Experience training sales teams on product functionality and how to use marketing resources.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up individual product launches into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with working alongside growth marketing teams to source customer stories and build case studies.
  • Experience in sales development and sales or marketing technology is strongly preferred.
