Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience in Physical Therapy
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Completes direct and indirect patient care to evaluate, create plans of care, coordinate care, educate, and treat patients.
Completes best practice patient care documentation and appropriate review of patient PHI prior to implementing and during direct patient care plans for both insurance reimbursement and Joint Commission standards.
Initiates multi-disciplinary collaborative efforts with referring providers to communicate patient progress and outcomes to ensure best practice patient care provided.
