Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II - Remote (Commercial Trucking)
This is a fully remote position responsible for handling bodily injury (BI) and property damage (PD) claims for national commercial trucking clients. The Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II will manage the investigation and adjustment of these claims, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Prior experience handling BI/PD claims is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in third-party administration (TPA). While an adjuster's license is preferred, it is not required.
This role is ideal for adjusters with expertise in commercial trucking claims who are looking to expand their careers. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure claims and may serve as advanced training for future promotion to a senior-level claim position. You will be accountable for delivering top-tier claim services in alignment with CCMSI's corporate standards and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Key skills sought include strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulations within commercial trucking claims.

Education and/or Experience
Level II Claim Rep will possess excellent claims management skills, typically with 5 to 10 years of experience or equivalent education, along with proven claims handling performance levels.
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Adjusters license is preferred.
