We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Marketing Manager to create an integrated strategy deeply aligned with our customer facing teams, to drive pipeline growth through expansion through a variety of sales-focused plays, marketing ABX campaigns, customer events/webinars, and engaging with the customer base. You’ll partner closely with Growth Teams, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Product Management, to balance strategic thinking with execution across a broad range of initiatives. Our ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing and is eager to create innovative and strategic marketing programs as well as deliver outcomes for our customer summit and advisory boards. This person has a passion for customer focused, data-driven marketing to enhance customer relationships, drive consideration, expand share of wallet, and position Cellebrite as the leader in digital investigative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing leaders and Sales to develop and execute targeted campaigns supporting Cellebrite’s expansion strategy and objectives; adjusting course as needed in response to changing conditions.
  • Create repeatable and scalable processes to drive and mature pipeline from our customer base, in partnership with customer-facing teams. 
  • Ensure that an integrated and cohesive experience is provided to our customer base in their expansion journeys. 
  • Partner closely with the sales team, CSMs, and other customer facing teams to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Amplify Cellebrite’s customer stories through marketing channels, social, PR, events, webinars, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure our customers are engaging with high-quality content assets that resonate.
  •  Set aggressive goals for the Customer Marketing programs and align key stakeholders on success metrics. Analyze performance against goals and identify areas of improvement with actionable recommendations for future programs.
  • Drive planning of and execution for our annual C2C Customer Summit and Executive Customer Advisory Boards. These are high visibility events with cross functional executive sponsorship. 
  • Develop and manage timeline, drive closure to decisions, and ensure accountability across a large cross-functional team of key stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of event coordination to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with executives, cross-functional leaders, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure event content and messaging are aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Ensure assigned these high visibility events are setup have clear measures for success to determine ROI and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, including field marketing and sales partnership in a Software or SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically sales and customer success functions
  • Prior experience building programs to driving wallet share, customer advisory boards, and high visibility customer events is key to success.
  • Strong project management and effective communication skills
  • Strategic thinking to build out customer marketing programs that are aligned with go-to-market strategies and demonstrated outcomes orientation
  • Strong team player who can build out processes and programs that scale with the business
  • Drive for results and ability to successful execute on a range of programs and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment with a “quick start” mentality and high production output, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This is a US Based Remote position, prefer candidate in the Eastern timezone.
