In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence and strategic success at HUB24. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Business Operations Teams and Management through innovative, data-driven workforce planning, performance analysis, and comprehensive business reporting. You'll be instrumental in forecasting staffing needs, analysing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights that will optimize workforce efficiency. Working closely with leadership, you’ll ensure that resource allocation is strategically aligned with business goals, ultimately enhancing productivity and achieving exceptional service standards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping and supporting our operational strategies and performance outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Workforce Planning: Develop accurate forecasts and project supply and demand for customer services and operations, collaborating with leadership to align staffing models with business objectives and advising on scheduling variables.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Design and generate reports on key metrics, provide actionable insights to enhance performance, and develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
  • Operational Performance Management: Assist in creating and monitoring KPIs, identify trends to improve productivity, and balance workloads to ensure business continuity.
  • Resource Allocation & Capacity Management: Conduct capacity planning, optimize workforce scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting & Data Visualization: Create and deliver performance reports and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights using visualization tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, collaborate on forecasting frameworks, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • What you'll need
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or operational reporting.
  • Experience with statistical modelling and forecasting technique (e.g., Time Series Forecasting)
  • Strong proficiency in reporting software (e.g., Excel, Power Query & Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of financial services operations functions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
