Job description: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. The L&D Intern will work closely with the L&D team to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Help track employee progress and gather feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Conduct research on best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide administrative support for learning initiatives, including scheduling sessions and preparing training reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Assist in evaluating the success of programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback analysis.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new L&D initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Current enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in HR or L&D is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Canva or a similar platform is a plus but not required.
