  • Prepare regular reports on referral and conversion data for review by the Senior Recruitment Officer.

Attending Networking Events and Career Fairs:

  • Represent FIRST at local and regional networking events and career fairs to promote our programmes to a wide audience.

  • Collect contact information from interested individuals and ensure prompt follow-up.

Monitoring Learner Progress:

  • Regularly check in on learner engagement and progress to make sure we are meeting our targets.
  • Work with the wider FIRST team to address any issues affecting learner progress, such as attendance or participation.

Attending Networking Events:

  • Participate in networking events to create new partnerships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Present FIRST’s programmes in a way that appeals to potential partners.
  • Follow up with new connections made at events to bring them into FIRST’s referral network.

Providing Feedback to Referral Partners:

  • Keep referral partners updated on the progress and engagement of the learners they referred.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to partners to maintain transparency and build strong collaborations.
  • Work with referral partners to solve any challenges learners might face, ensuring they have the support they need.

Maintaining Learner Engagement and Transitioning to the Engagement Team:

  • Ensure learners stay engaged from the first contact until they enrol in the programme.
  • Smoothly hand over engaged learners to the Engagement Team, making sure all relevant information is passed on.
  • Continue to support learners during the transition to ensure they feel confident and supported.

Distributing Marketing Materials:
