Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, managing communication and follow-ups.
Draft professional, persuasive emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination between inbound inquiries and the sales closers.
Track and update the status of leads, ensuring they move through the pipeline.
Assist in tracking performance metrics of campaigns and providing insights for improvement.
Follow up with deals until a call is successfully booked with the closer.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge or interest in the fundraising and capital-raising industry is preferred.
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.
A reliable internet connection and access to a working laptop are a must.
