The Marketing Generalist II at Cook MyoSite, Inc. is responsible for supporting internal and external marketing efforts – including event planning, advertising campaign development, digital channel management, brand development, clinical study support, corporate communications, and public relations – with positive, forward-thinking ideas and process-driven, results-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Drive, coordinate, and complete multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Act as project lead for global event planning.
• Collaborate with team to enhance corporate communication and PR efforts.
• Support brand management efforts through consistent application and execution of brand standards.
• Assist with educating internal teams on marketing best practices.
• Assist in building comprehensive multichannel product marketing strategies.
• Implement regular updates to company websites.
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant technical terminology.
• Manage third party vendors.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or 3 years+ of direct, relevant experience in Marketing to provide a comparable background
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a Marketing or Advertising related position.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and practices
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically, advanced knowledge of Project, Adobe, OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Expert in Outlook
• Proficiency or comfort level working with material of a highly technical or scientific nature.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications, and the ability to provide technical training to end users.
• Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision Maintain composure and competence under stressful situations; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals
• Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
• Full time remote position
• Setting (Remote/Field Based): General office or home office setting.
• Travel: 20-30%
• Ability to conduct and hear ordinary conversation and telephone communication.
• Must be able to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended work hours and/or extra work hours, sometimes on short notice as required.
• Ability to work under specific time constraints.
• Must be able to sit at desk, in meetings and/or work on a computer for long or extended periods of time. Visual and manual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
