Job Description:

This role is focused on brand building, campaign planning, and managing the launch of new product categories for an innovative and fast-paced company in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, design, HR) and agencies to execute rebranding campaigns, enhance brand value, and drive in-market execution.

  2. Innovation Strategy: Work closely with the innovation team to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new product categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.

  3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring consistency in messaging.

  4. Budget Oversight: Lead the marketing budget planning process, manage the allocated budget, and provide regular performance updates.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to support product launches and deliver seamless execution of campaigns across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

  • 5-8 years of experience in CPG or Retail marketing, with expertise in innovation strategy and commercialization.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in campaign development.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
