CAE Software Trainer

Role:  

The EPLAN Platform Trainer is responsible to provide knowledge and skills related to all aspects of the EPLAN platform. You’ll guide participants through training sessions, workshops, and lectures so that each participant can apply EPLAN concepts, tools, and best practices to their everyday engineering work. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Conduct training sessions for engineers, designers, and other technical staff members in various aspects of the EPLAN platform. 

• Cover basic, advanced, and customer specific training in the vast offering of EPLAN solutions. 

• Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, documentation, and videos. 

• Develop practical examples and case studies utilizing EPLAN to enhance learning. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.  

• Adapt to different learning techniques and skill levels to maximize understanding of the platform.  

• 2+ years in training and/or technical support preferred. 

• Previous experience in EPLAN preferred.   

• Application skills, including Microsoft Office solutions.  Ability to work with Adobe software for video content is preferred.  

• Good oral and written communication skills in English. 

• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills. 

Additional Information:  

We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.  Applicants must be authorized to work on an unrestricted basis. Hours: M-F.  Must reside within the US and be willing to travel approximately 25%.
