Your missions

Xblend is looking for a B2B Software Solutions Account Manager with a track record of not just meeting, but exceeding expectations in lead generation, account management and value selling.

Xblend builds cutting-edge software testing tools that support the software development lifecycle and help teams maintain the highest standards of quality.  This individual must embrace and enjoy working in a start-up environment with backing from a much larger entity. If you are used to complete delegation of responsibilities to others or slow rollout of programs, this is not the role for you. Must be agile and receptive to an ever-changing work environment. We are
looking for a hands-on individual to drive leads and lead revenue generating activity within a defined territory. You will join a business unit with a history of high growth and will be expected to maintain and expand that growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales opportunities using qualifying skills and tactics supported by a structured sales process
  • Generate revenue from new and existing customers within a defined territory
  • Establish and maintain good rapport and customer support with existing customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the key decision-makers for the enterprise to capture the complete scope of business needs
  • Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts
  • Work with pre-sales technical resources to customize the appropriate solution
  • Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create business proposals around these needs
  • Provide continuous verbal and written updates on forecast, opportunity pipeline and territory plan
  • Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction
  • Possess thorough knowledge of company and products/services
  • Be able to present the value proposition to all levels within the organization
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales/ business development experience in the software industry
  • Previous experience in a hunter role digging up new logo business through warm and cold leads
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Knowledge of software development tools and the software development life cycle a plus
  • Well-organized, disciplined planner and implementer with sound strategic thinking and conceptual abilities/vision
  • Exceptional telephone skills, including cold calls
  • Executive selling, negotiating, and customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate with highly technical professionals in the software development and IT sector
  • Demonstrated ability to present a complete business solution effectively with a technical product
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM is a must
  • Self-motivated and able to problem solve by leveraging resources"
