Our POS system was born out of the founder's experience in managing analog accounting at a bar where he worked during his student days. The service industry was accustomed to repetitive and time-consuming administrative tasks, and he wanted to change that.

Roles and Responsibility

私たちはエンタープライズ領域への取組みを本格化し個別要望の標準・一般化や他社サービスとの連携に取り組んでいきます。その上で既存連携先との運用保守における折衝業務、進捗管理等、他社サービスとの新規連携開発における要件定義・基本設計を主にご担当いただきます。例として新規決済システムとの連動、新規端末との連動、新規アプリ開発などが考えられます。またビジネスサイドメンバーとのやり取りも多くなるポジションです。

・要件定義（連携仕様の整理、作業範囲の明確化等）、画面設計

・システム連携先担当者との折衝業務、コミュニケーションで必要な仕様書等ドキュメント類の作成

・ワイヤーレベルの簡易的な画面のデザイン作成

・エンジニア、デザイナーとのコミュニケーション

・バックログの優先順位決め、タスクアサイン、チームスケジュール管理

・開発した機能のビジネスサイドへの周知・共有

上記を基本とし、適性と希望を勘案し他の業務をおまかせすることも可能です。

We are intensifying our efforts in the enterprise sector, focusing on standardizing and generalizing individual requests and collaborating with other services. In this role, you will primarily handle tasks such as negotiating and managing the operation and maintenance of existing integrations, as well as defining requirements and basic design for new integrations with other services.

Examples of such tasks include integration with new payment systems, new device integration, and new app development. This position will also involve frequent interactions with business-side members.
- Define requirements (organizing integration specifications, clarifying the scope of work, etc.) and screen design
- Negotiate with system integration partners, and create necessary documentation such as specifications
- Create simple wireframe-level screen designs
- Communicate with engineers and designers
- Prioritize backlog, assign tasks, and manage team schedules
- Communicate and share developed features with the business side
The above responsibilities are fundamental, but depending on your aptitude and preferences, other tasks may also be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Webまたはモバイルアプリにおける開発/運用経験

- Development/operation experience with web or mobile applications
- Experience leading development projects as a project leader or project manager

BtoB領域でのシステム開発/運用経験
Salesforce Platform上での開発/運用経験
