Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Solution Lead to be part of its growing COE team! Our COE team is entrusted with the responsibility of designing and implementing top-notch business solutions based on the Oracle Fusion technology platform. The incumbent will play a critical and impactful role in enabling business transformation by designing and implementing forward-looking finance solutions.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Be an overall solution owner for Invoice to Cash process within the larger Quote to Cash workstream
  • Act as solution architect to design, configure, deploy and enhance Oracle Fusion solution focusing on Accounts Receivable, Customer Master, Cash Management and Advance Collection across multiple business units within Taylor Corporation
  • Business process analysis, perform business requirement mapping, Oracle solution design, develop fit gap, perform detail solution mapping and system configuration, data conversion
  • Configure, maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion finance application, including new project roll outs, and provide daily production support and issue resolution, enhancements, and month-end and quarter-end close
  • Lead CRP and UAT testing cycles as an Oracle Solution Expert and perform end user training
  • Develop functional design documents and test plans for RICE objects including integrations, customizations and enhancements though functional design documents and user testing and deployment
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities, including post-production support
  • Work with Oracle support on enhancement testing
  • Work with the business on month-end and quarter-end closing


You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, technology/ engineering or equivalent
  • Around 7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation and support experience (Oracle eBusiness suite R12 and/or Oracle Fusion) as a solution consultant
  • Minimum of 2 end to end implementation experiences in Oracle Fusion Financials as a Functional Solution Consultant with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collection, Cash Management, SLA and related modules
  • Hands on system configuration experience in above areas

We Would Prefer:

  • Overall knowledge of related financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Fusion Finance orchestration
  • Overall knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial Suite
  • Hands on solution design expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Suite with focus on Accounts Receivable, Advance Collection and Cash Management, end to end solution design, data conversion, and post-production support
  • Functional knowledge around finance business processes, financial accounting, and intercompany accounting processes
