POSITION:


We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Professional Services team in delivering and supporting a variety of projects for both new and existing clients. Working with the Project Manager you will deal with all aspects of implementations; from translating customer requirements into delivering and configuring the software and training the users, through to ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved by supporting them after go-live.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver responsive implementations of our products in a timely manner along with exceptional support Services

  • Software installation and configuration of interfaces to third party systems

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges, as far as possible ahead of time to avoid impact to customers and delivery times

  • Establish close working relationships with the wider professional services team as well as development, sales, support teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure all aspects of our projects are delivered in line with customer expectations

  • Maintain an awareness of customer satisfaction measures based on regular customer surveys and post-case questionnaires

  • Contribute to the Professional Services standard across the business to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in implementing and/or supporting software is essential, ideally within a manufacturing industry

  • Evidence of the ability to take decisions and execute action plans in a controlled and organised way

  • Numerate, with an understanding of P&L and revenue recognition would be an advantage

  • Quick to pick up and apply new functional, product and/or technical knowledge and skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

During your time with Seiki Systems you will be exposed to all of the following technical areas. The required level of experience of each is shown below:

Essential

  • Operating system, Windows & Windows Server

  • Good understanding of data structures including SQL and XML.

Highly Desirable

  • Networking

  • Programming

  • Web-based applications

  • Microsoft IIS

  • Beneficial

  • CNC machine tool experience

  • Experience of working with software solutions in a manufacturing environment.

  • Travel will be required and therefore applicants must possess a full driving license and be prepared to stay away from home.

LOCATION:
Midlands or South of Midlands
