Your missions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a freelance, hourly basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various HR functions, with the ability to handle daily operational tasks while supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage HR documentation, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
  • Support initiatives around employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks as needed.

Compensation:
This is an hourly-based freelance position. Competitive hourly rates will be offered based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HR software and remote collaboration tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in remote work environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
