Our client is currently seeking a meticulous Creative Operations Assistant to join their team. In this multifaceted role, you'll provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO of both entities, contributing to their seamless operation and impactful content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Administrative Support:
             - Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle
               correspondence.
             - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for both companies.
             - Organize data files in a shared repository.
             - Arrange travel logistics and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Research & Development:
             - Collaborate closely with the CEO to research new design inspirations, trends
               in AI, women's groups, sustainability, and lifestyle.
             - Utilize strong data research skills to sort and analyze relevant information.
  • Event Organization:
              - Engage with clients, follow up on inquiries, and address client concerns
                promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in any Administrative, Design, or Architecture related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive administrative assistance.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in architecture, interior design, and women's empowerment.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in C2 Level English.
  • Active listening and note-taking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

30-60-90 Day Expectations:

In The First 30 Days:

  • Complete onboarding and familiarize yourself with the company's structure and objectives.
  • Attend initial meetings to understand expectations and communication preferences.
  • Assist the CEO in managing schedules and administrative tasks.

In The Next 60 Days:

  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Implement enhancements in document preparation and data management.

In The Next 90 Days:

  • Attend relevant training sessions to enhance technical skills.
             - Content Creation
             - Podcast Production
             - YouTube Channel Management
  • Contribute actively to content creation projects.
  • Develop a strategic plan for social media integration.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $1,800/Monthly (pre-tax) / $1,600/Monthly (After-tax)
  • Paid research trips with US travel opportunities.
