Job description

As a Customer Success Specialist at Botkeeper, your role is crucial in driving client retention, advocacy, product-led growth (PLG), and overall satisfaction. This position is centered around providing exceptional training, ongoing support, and strategic consulting to our clients. You will be the key driver of customer success, ensuring our customers realize the full value of our products and offerings.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 
  • Developing and delivering tailored training programs that cater to clients' unique needs.
  • Offering ongoing support and strategic consulting to optimize client usage and satisfaction with Botkeeper's products and offerings.
  • Building strong, empathetic relationships with clients, showcasing high emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team for seamless client onboarding.
  • Utilizing HubSpot Service Hub tools for efficient client interaction, management and analysis.
  • Analyzing client feedback and collaborating with internal teams for continuous product enhancement.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client needs, adapting strategies for long-term success and retention.
  • Regularly engaging with clients to develop and execute customized success plans and quarterly business reviews.


 

Qualifications:

 
  • Exceptional communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong passion for client success, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Experience in training, support, and strategic consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to drive client success and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of accounting practices and systems, experience working with CPAs/Accountants.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program (preferred).
 

Nice to Have:

 
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment or Accounting-related field
  • Experience with HubSpot Service Hub features/Service Hub Enterprise
