Graphic/Web Design & Development

We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer and Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a solid understanding of web development principles. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for a variety of marketing materials, including logos, ads, brochures, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design:

  • Create visually appealing and consistent designs for various marketing materials, including logos, ads, brochures, and websites.
  • Adhere to established design styles and guidelines, or develop new design concepts as needed.
  • Ensure designs align with client branding and messaging.
  • Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.

• Web Development:

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate content management systems (CMS) and other web applications.
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure they meet accessibility standards.

• Client Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present design concepts and receive feedback effectively.
  • Maintain open communication throughout the design and development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and web development.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
