Job description

Job Overview:
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to begin a career in marketing and sales. The successful candidate will support our marketing and sales efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating campaigns, and engaging with customers. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as verbal and written communication, documenting and reporting, and managing sales records
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels and promote products. Provide information, answer queries, and support sales efforts.
  • Inventory:  Check the inventory quantity and prices daily, and coordinate with the purchasing department.
  • Content Creation:  Take Photos. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and web posts. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Sales Research: Formulate the product market prices and phased marketing strategies with manager
  • Team Collaboration: Creating PPTs containing product images and detailed introductions to help new employees and colleagues working remotely understand the products.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of photography and uploading photos to the website
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Bilingual in Mandarin
