Scope of the Role 

As a Sales Development Representative and Administrative Assistant at Vision Research LLC, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating client engagement, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within the company. Your responsibilities will span from organizing client meetings and events to providing administrative support and maintaining client relationships.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings between prospects and the Vision team.
  • Manage follow-up tasks and communications following prospect meetings.
  • Communicate with existing clients, monitor engagement, and contribute to client retention efforts.
  • Input and maintain accurate client data using CRM software.
  • Facilitate the organization of firm events and assist in compliance activities.
  • Handle client and prospect inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Perform office administration tasks such as filing, typing, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality while organizing and managing files and databases.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments effectively.
  • Generate reports, presentations, and transcribe meeting minutes as required.
  • Conduct research consumption reporting for designated clients.
  • Ensure client entitlements to research on various platforms, including Bloomberg.
  • Efficiently navigate software systems to identify and resolve errors.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM software) and Office 365 applications.
  • 4-7 years of combined experience in Sales Development and Administrative roles.
  • Commitment to long-term employment and career growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
