What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, hands-on Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing efforts to new heights. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Liatrio’s brand presence, drive demand generation, and support the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, who enjoys both working along side the team and providing executives with guidance, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors. This role will report to the CRO and join our existing team of two.

  • Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Liatrio’s business goals. Identify market opportunities and set clear, measurable objectives for marketing initiatives.

  • Brand Management: Elevate Liatrio’s brand presence through consistent messaging and visual identity. Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates our value proposition.

  • Demand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert leads. Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events to drive pipeline growth.

  • Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that includes thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, and webinars. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, relevant content.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.

  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including: digital, thought leadership, events, PR, communications, content, and partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools, Adobe Creative Suite (exp. Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Photoshop), and Figma (a plus)
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying current with marketing trends and best practices.
  • Able to think outside the box, in an unconventional way.

  • Full benefits including unlimited PTO, funded HSA option, and company bonus
  • Base salary: $140,000-170,000 
  • Employment eligibility: must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel monthly or approximately 25%
