What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of at least five members in the design, development, support and enhancement of digital applications serve as the technical lead for process analysis gathering business requirements and developing/configuring applications 
• Oversee the entire application life cycle including design, development, testing, implementation deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs
  Mentoring guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success
• Ensure it here once to best practices and standards throughout the software development life cycle (Agile) 
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders 

What You Will Need:

• FOUR (4) years of experience leading a team with a minimum of five members
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Deep understanding of application design development, support, and enhancement life cycle 
• Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications
• Experience in the software development life cycle (Agile) across all phases, including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance

• Experience in providing training and support to end users
