What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of at least five members in the design, development, support and enhancement of digital applications serve as the technical lead for process analysis gathering business requirements and developing/configuring applications
- Oversee the entire application life cycle including design, development, testing, implementation deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs
Mentoring guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success - Ensure it here once to best practices and standards throughout the software development life cycle (Agile)
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
What You Will Need:
- FOUR (4) years of experience leading a team with a minimum of five members
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Deep understanding of application design development, support, and enhancement life cycle
- Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications
- Experience in the software development life cycle (Agile) across all phases, including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance

- Experience in providing training and support to end users
The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
