We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer -Low-Code to join our technology team. You'll collaborate with the Technology Leadership team to define the low-code operating model, Out Systems hosting strategy, and build a high-performing development team. Your role includes designing and implementing enterprise-level applications, managing platform hosting, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality low-code solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Technology Leadership team to define the operating model for our low-code platform, the OutSystems hosting strategy, and build a high-performing development team.

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Define the low-code platform model with Technology Leadership.
  • Design and implement OutSystems hosting for optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain the platform roadmap.
  • Establish best practices for OutSystems development.

  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a skilled low-code development team.
  • Mentor and ensure quality standards.
  • Conduct reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team culture.

  • Development:
  • Lead and participate in OutSystems application development.
  • Ensure adherence to coding and deployment best practices.
  • Develop integrations with other systems.

  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on low-code trends.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Promote DevOps practices.

  • Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Act as a low-code and OutSystems expert.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and timelines.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Optimize platform performance.
  • Implement security and scalability best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in application development, with 3+ years in OutSystems.
  • Proven leadership in low-code development teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Experience with operating models, hosting strategies, and integrating OutSystems with internal systems.
  • Familiarity with Sentry Application Monitoring (preferable).

  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in OutSystems development, architecture, Service Studio, and Integration Studio.
  • Strong grasp of SDLC, agile methodologies, database design, and cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, OutSystems REST API, and security.

  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced settings.
  • Effective communicator with all stakeholder levels.

  • Preferred:
  • OutSystems and cloud certifications.
  • Experience with other low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, PowerApps).
