Job Title: Data Analyst

Overview: Join our dynamic Corporate Systems IT team at Insulet.  We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to help us manage and maintain our cloud and on-premises systems.  This position provides support for our broad portfolio of platforms, technologies, and applications.  Our highly collaborative environment provides the opportunity to solve interesting problems, continually improve technical skills, and have a meaningful role in supporting our mission to simply life for people with diabetes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of public and private cloud-based applications.
  • Support on-premises systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, performance, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators and other IT staff to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.

 

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with on-premises systems and network administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Driven to learn and adapt to new technologies.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S4 BASIS administration.
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

General office environment may sit for long periods of time.
