Summary of Position

The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on content development across hospital and health systems (HHS), as well as business-to-business (B2B) portfolios. This role will be integral in developing a wide range of content—thought leadership, educational materials, sales collateral, case studies, and more—that drives business growth and strengthens brand presence.

This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all content aligns with business objectives and resonates with key target audiences, from hospital executives and healthcare professionals to B2B decision-makers. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent content creation skills, and strategic marketing acumen.

  • Alongside the Head of Marketing, help develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals for both healthcare and B2B markets.

  • Ensure content is engaging, educational, and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging framework, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Manage the content production process, from concept to publication, ensuring timely delivery of assets that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Market and Audience Insights (10%)

  • Utilize market research to tailor content themes, tone, and formats to the specific needs of hospital/health system clients and B2B customers.

  • Develop and refine buyer personas to create personalized and targeted content that addresses the challenges and needs of key segments.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously optimize the content strategy.

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns that support product launches, service offerings, and other key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.

  • Localize content for different regions and markets, especially for Canadian audiences, to maximize impact.

 Cross-functional Collaboration (5%)

  • Partner with creative and digital marketing teams to produce visually compelling content and optimize it for various distribution channels, including websites, email, paid media, and social media platforms.

  • Work closely with sales enablement to develop sales tools and collateral, such as pitch decks, brochures, and customer success stories, ensuring the sales team is equipped to engage prospects effectively.

Content Distribution and Channel Management (5%)

  • Leverage interactive content, such as virtual events and live-streamed sessions, to engage healthcare professionals and B2B decision-makers.

 Branding & Messaging (5%)
