The Senior Manager Marketing Insights will be a part of our North America Marketing Insights and Analytics Team developing data-driven consumer and shopper insights to unlock growth for Philips Personal Health.

Your role:

  • Within the Region, you will partner cross-functionally (with brand, marketing, shopper, sales, category management) to influence business & go-to-market strategy & execution.
  • Within the Organization, you will collaborate with the global Business Unit & Centers of Excellence to ensure global research plans meet local objectives & that the global teams understand the NAR market.
  • Key Areas of Responsibility:
    • Develop & execute regional research plan, aligned to the business objectives & learning needs.
    • Develop holistic insights from multiple data sources.
    • Create executive summaries & implications to guide decision making.
    • Translate insights into opportunities for our categories, brands & retailer thought leadership & compelling selling stories.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Consumer packaged goods experience and proven experience working with manufacturers and/or retailers is desired.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience with a range of custom research methodologies & analytics.
  • Experience extracting insight from custom & syndicated research.
  • Ability to connect the dots between data sources & provide strategic business recommendations.
  • Skilled at storytelling & data visualization.
  • High-level expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
