Role Summary:

Highly skilled Power Automate Developer / Power Automate Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Automate, along with experience in Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI and Power Apps. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows and integrations across various systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or similar automation tools like Azure Logic Apps, UiPath, or PowerShell, ensuring efficient and reliable integration across multiple platforms and applications. Candidates with experience in other tools must demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly adapt to Power Automate.
  • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, ensuring the integration and transformation of data from multiple sources into a unified format.
  • Conduct and manage various integrations, including REST, GraphQL, RPCs, FTPS, and queue-based systems, to facilitate seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines in Azure Data Factory to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and provide technical guidance in automating business processes.
  • Document workflow designs, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures for both Power Automate and Azure Data Factory.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of JSON and XML for handling data formats used in integrations.
  • Manage integrations with SQL and NoSQL databases for optimized data pipelines and storage.
  • Utilize PowerShell and Azure CLI for advanced automation tasks and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation, with at least 3 years specializing in Power Automate / Microsoft Flow, or general automation tools such as Azure Logic Apps, UiPath, or PowerShell, with a willingness and ability to quickly adapt to Power Automate.
  • Proven experience in Azure Data Factory, with the ability to design, develop, and manage data pipelines.
  • Strong experience with ETL processes and data integration best practices.
  • Experience with various API integration methods such as REST, GraphQL, RPCs, FTPS, and queue-based systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB) to design and optimize data pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of JSON and XML for data exchange.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure CLI to support automation tasks and manage resources.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Log Analytics for tracking performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability and minimizing downtime.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for workflow designs, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with DevOps practices for collaborative team dynamics.
  • English level B2+ /C1

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience managing API keys and sensitive data securely, with knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Azure Key Vault, and relevant security standards such as GDPR or HIPAA, especially when working with sensitive or regulated data.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps for complex enterprise automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based messaging services such as Azure Service Bus or Event Grid to handle event-driven integrations and system communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, particularly its integration capabilities and data management tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for automated deployment of Power Automate workflows and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
