Responsibilites
- Verifies with investors that shipped loans were received.
- Reviews investor websites to monitor status of shipped loans.
- Obtains, reviews, and clears any conditions timely as requested by the investor whether it be pre-funding or post funding.
- Works with Settlement Agents, the Lender’s Operations staff, etc. to obtain the requested documents.
- Updates the LOS system in accordance with job duties.
- Retrieves and distributes Purchase Advices.
- Informs auditors of audit misses resulting in an investor suspense.
- Maintains clear and open communication with all applicable roles and teams.
- Supports the management team’s company vision and values with enthusiasm and consistency.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years or more funding experience.
- Encompass experience required.
