Job Description:
Phreesia is looking for an Analytics & Insights Manager to join our growing Life Sciences Team. The Analytics & Insights (AI) Manager will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to advance Phreesia’s patient communications business in life sciences and healthcare. This is a strategic, client-facing role that involves communication and collaboration with agency and brand partners.
The Analytics & Insights Manager will own inventory forecasting, campaign management, measurement and reporting for several disease areas encompassing numerous client campaigns within each area. This position works collaboratively with internal teams (including but not limited to the sales team, data science team, clinical team, and content strategy team) to identify and optimize digital patient engagement campaigns, effectively communicating the value of Phreesia and ensuring validation of campaign success.
This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.
What You'll Do:
Function in a consultative manner, efficiently translating data and insights into strategic solutions for internal and client teams
Conduct research into assigned disease areas to understand symptomology and treatment course
Scope, contract and present 3rd party claims-based and other internal measurement studies to internal and external clients
Manage a set of assigned campaigns from pre-sales through completion with strong attention to detail and process orientation
Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from both primary and secondary data
Serve as an analytics/insights expert on assigned accounts to help pull through brand goals and strategic imperatives
Support the sales team to demonstrate the value of Phreesia through robust measurement to potential clients and successfully communicate campaign details and measurement
Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and other measurement collateral using 3rd party data, internal data, and secondary research. This may include market landscape insights, point of care insights, media insights and comparison data, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking and more
Support new initiatives in partnership with Analytics & Insights team leaders to develop new approaches to data assessment and drive meaningful business growth and operational efficiencies
Contributes individually, as well as builds relationships with internal team members, including mentorship of junior team members
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree required
4 years of experience in media analytics
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Consultative experience with clients
Ability to think strategically, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Base pay for US is $105,000 - $110,000 USD depending on qualifications.
