Job Description for Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for websites, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms
  
• Assist with website design updates and maintenance using provided guidelines and video tutorials
  
• Conduct website functionality testing across various browsers and mobile devices
  
• Execute email marketing campaigns following established strategies
  
• Support SEO efforts through basic optimization techniques
  
• Collaborate on graphic design projects for marketing materials
  
• Assist with general marketing tasks as assigned by the agency owner
  

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills, particularly in content creation and copywriting
  
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and relevant software
  
• Familiarity with website design concepts and willingness to learn new techniques
  
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  
• Proficiency in following detailed instructions and video tutorials
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow in various aspects of digital marketing
  

Scope:

• Contribute to marketing projects for multiple clients across various industries
  
• Assist in maintaining and updating the agency’s own marketing materials and website
  
• Support the agency owner in day-to-day marketing operations and client management
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and campaign ideas
  
• Help in analyzing marketing campaign results and preparing reports for clients
  
• Sunday to Thursday
  
• 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
