Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Analytics Director to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of data-driven solutions aimed at enriching our media strategy to drive performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be an integral driving force to Identify and implement marketing focused data solutions es in the region
  • Primary focus will be to leverage advanced media measurement solutions like MMM to inform data-driven decision-making ensuring that media investments are aligned with business goals
  • You will lead a team of analysts to work closely with media strategists and operations teams to optimize media spend and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data-driven media strategy.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that enhance content quality and improve media performance.
  • Proven ability to design and implement advanced media measurement strategies for media campaigns.
  • Experience in deploying and utilizing business performance dashboards.
  • Proficient in using Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) analysis to assess channel impact and recommend optimizations for channel strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like DCM & Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics is essential.
  • Proven track record in analyzing paid media data to drive improved campaign performance.
  • Experience managing data strategists and analysts to successfully implement data strategy projects.
  • Familiarity with SQL is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly package, present, and explain data insights and analytical findings, making recommendations easily understandable for client teams.
  • Experience in deploying measurement plans for regional brands.
